J&M Development and Construction was founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2005 by James Ortiz. After working 10 years in the repair and remodeling industry throughout the Philadelphia City, James decided to establish a firm specializing in residential and commercial construction. Our company has lovingly served the city of Philadelphia for over 17 years, building ties that unite us with our clients.
